Grove City, PA- Wittenberg hit the road for their final non-conference match-up before gearing up for NCAC play. The Tigers took on the Wolverines of Grove City College where freshman, Alex Hill was able to tab her third goal of the season. The Red & White were unable to put any more on the board while the Wolverines tallied three on the night for a final score of 3-1 and a loss on the Tigers record.
Alex Hill was able to get on the board in the 68thth minute unassisted. Wittenberg was able to get 14 shots off on the night from five different Tigers and draw two corner kicks on the night.
NCAC Leaders: Alex Hill lands in the top ten for shots taken on the year and shots on goal at number seven for both with 23 shots and 10 shots on goal. Hill also sits in the top ten for goals with three at number eight in the conference. Just behind Hill is Brooke Mullis who sits at number six in the conference for goals with three on the year. Mullis also lands on the list for game winning goals after scoring in the 83rd minute against Otterbein for a 2-1 win on September 13th.
