| 2024 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III All-Region Selections |
CLEVELAND, OH - Wittenberg University Women's Soccer standouts Chamberlain Browning (Troy, OH / Troy) and Brooke Mullis (Lawrenceburg, IN / Taylor) have earned 2024 All-Region VII recognition from United Soccer Coaches. Browning was named to the third team and Mullis was named to the fourth team. It is the first all-region award for either player, coming on the heels of first-team All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) awards that both players picked up last month.
Browning enjoyed a breakout season in 2024 as she led Wittenberg with seven goals, including a pair of game-winners, to earn the first all-conference award of her collegiate career. Mullis equalled Browning for the team lead in points with 14 by virtue of her four goals and team-leading six assists as she made the All-NCAC list for a third time to go along with first-team in 2023 and honorable mention in 2021.
The Tigers finished fourth in the NCAC regular season standings with a 3-2-2 record. Wittenberg topped regular season champion Denison in the NCAC Tournament semifinals before falling in the championship game to host DePauw by a 2-1 score on Saturday, Nov. 9, despite outshooting the host Tigers 19-4. The Tigers posted an overall record of 6-5-5.
