Tigers Stumble On The Road At Wabash

Crawfordsville, IN – The Wittenberg men's basketball team suffered a tough loss on the road Saturday afternoon, falling to the Wabash Little Giants, 94-65. Wittenberg finished with three Tigers tallying double figures on the afternoon. Harrison Gough, Jeff Queen and Joe Martin each posted 10 points on the day. Gough added four rebounds and a blocked shot to his total on the afternoon, going 5 of 5 from the floor.

Game Breakdown

The Tigers trailed at the half, 47-26. Wittenberg converted on just 33 percent of their shots from the floor. They were able to improve in the second half, knocking down nearly 45 percent of their attempts. Wabash maintained the advantage on the offensive end, converting on 51 percent of their attempts from the floor in the game. The Tigers were held up with 30 points coming off the bench for Wittenberg. Seven Tigers contributed points off the bench for the Red and White.
