BEXLEY, Ohio - Carrying off the momentum of a pair of strong performances in the NCAC relays a fortnight prior, the Tiger track and field teams established themselves as serious contenders in the NCAC title race with an all-around strong showing at Capital. The women took the team title while the men claimed the runner-up spot in the Pre-All Ohio meet.

Headlining the men's effort, junior Tim Uher (Granville, Ohio/Pickerington North)won a pair of events, taking the 60 meter hurdles as well as the triple jump.Mohamed Mansaray (Old Bridge, NJ/Old Bridge) added a runn-up finish in the 200 dash to help the Wittenberg point total.

The meet annually serves as the undercard of the All-Ohio meet, which will involve a number of Tiger competitors at Otterbein College on Saturday, Feb. 14.
