CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Allegheny men won their fourth straight and seventh overall team title at the NCAC Championships, held at Ohio Wesleyan on May 4-5. The Gators captured six first and 16 other top-three finishes to total 237.5 points and outdistance Wabash (135), Ohio Wesleyan (132) and Wittenberg (91) in the men's field. The victory gives Allegheny a sweep of the men's cross country, indoor and outdoor track NCAC titles for the second straight year.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Allegheny men won their fourth straight and seventh overall team title at the NCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, held at Denison March 3-4. The Gators captured five first and 16 other top-three finishes to total 213 points and outdistance Ohio Wesleyan (104), Wabash (92) and Denison (63) in the men's field. The Allegheny women claimed their eighth NCAC crown and second in a row with 148 points. Ohio Wesleyan wound up second with 116 points, followed by Denison (90) and Wittenberg (56). The Gators had 12 top-three finishes.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — The Wittenberg men's and women's track and field teams are primed and ready for the biggest weekend of the 2006 indoor season after taking partial squads to last weekend's Fred Wilt Memorial Invitational at Anderson University.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — The Wittenberg men's and women's track and field teams are nearing the end of the 2006 indoor season, and in the last few weeks the Tigers have picked up some outstanding performances in preparation for next week's North Coast Athletic Conference championship meet at Denison University.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — The Wittenberg men's and women's track and field teams ran well in their second meet of the 2006 indoor season, take fifth and eighth place respectively at the Marietta Invitational. The meet consisted mostly of scholarship programs from NCAA Division I and II and NAIA. The Tigers finished first among NCAA Division III programs in the men's competition and second in the women's meet.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — The Wittenberg men's and women's track and field teams kicked off the 2006 indoor season last weekend with a meet at Otterbein. The Tigers were one of three teams involved in the non-scored meet.
