Hill graduated from Dominion Academy of Dayton in 2011 where she ran track & field. She was also a Gospel Mission Volunteer and a part of 5 River Clean-up.
Personal
Lillian is the daughter of Loretta and Bruce Hill. At Wittenberg, she does volunteer work at Gospel Mission in Dayton, and Wgerzyn Gardens. In her free time she enjoys drawing and journaling.
