Tiger Swimming Continues Weekend At Ohio Wesleyan

Delaware, OH – The Wittenberg Tiger Swim Team competed in their second meet of the weekend, facing off against a familiar opponent and traveling to Ohio Wesleyan University.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

  • Mason Steen took the first-place win for Wittenberg in the 200-yard freestyle, clocking a time of 1:50.64. Steen added a second first-place finish, topping the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.13. Completing the event win hat-trick, with his third win of the afternoon, Steen took the top spot in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:27.09.
  • Mackenzie Schuld claimed a first-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly, touching the wall in a time of 2:24.91. Schuld tabbed her second event win of the day, taking the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:20.27.
  • Zach Parkman posted the top mark in the men's 200-yard butterfly, finishing in a time of 1:58.73. Parkman completed the sweep in the butterfly, winning the 100-yard event in a time of 53.88. He would go on to capture his third win of the afternoon in the 400 IM, winning by over 20 second, finishing with final time of 4:31.88.
