Kayla Grieser joins the Wittenberg women's lacrosse coaching staff in 2014 after spending two years as the head coach at Neenah High School in Neenah, Wis.

Grieser founded the girls' lacrosse program at Neenah in 2012 and guided the team to back-to-back winning seasons and an 11-5-1 overall record. She also has been an instructor in numerous camps and clinics, including the 2013 All-American Showcase in Buena Vista, Fla., in 2013. Grieser was one of just eight high school girls coaches chosen to participate in the showcase.

Grieser is a 2013 graduate of Trine University, where she majored in chemistry and earned her Indiana state teaching license to teach the subject to students in grades 5 through 12. Grieser was a four-year letterwinner in women's lacrosse at Trine, and she continues to hold the school record for career goals. Following her senior season, Grieser earned first-team All-Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference honors.

Grieser is a native of Mentor, Ohio. She was a member of Mentor High School's first-ever girls lacrosse team in 2004 and a member of Trine's first-ever women's lacrosse team in 2008.
