Diana Kuser arrived at Wittenberg in February 2005 as the head field hockey coach and assistant women's lacrosse coach, and took over as the interim head coach for women's lacrosse in 2006 following former coach Katherine Haney's resignation on March 17, 2006.

Kuser was an assistant field hockey coach at Kenyon College in 2004, an NCAC member like Wittenberg. Also a field hockey assistant at Kenyon in 2002, Kuser helped the Ladies to a second-place finish in the NCAC regular season standings and a 14-5 overall record, tying the school record for wins in a season.

Kuser earned a degree in English from The Ohio State University in 2002. She was a four-time Great Lakes Regional All-American, a three-time All-Big Ten selection and won the respect of her peers as a team captain two straight years. Originally from Boyertown, Pa., Kuser was a lacrosse and field hockey standout during her high school career.
