Wittenberg Faces Loss to OWU

Delaware, OH- Wittenberg headed to Delaware, OH to take on the Battling Bishops in their fourth conference match-up of the year. Wittenberg was unable to pick up an NCAC win, falling 17-3.

Highlights- The Tigers goals were scored by Grace Hehman with two goals and Kelly Mamula with her first of the season after returning from injury. The Tigers led offensively in draw controls with 13, being led by Katie Wadds with five.

In goal for the Tigers was Sidney Sheridan. Sheridan saw 30 shots, saving 13 of those. Defensively, Wittenberg picked up 25 ground balls and caused nine OWU turnovers. Katie Wadds, currently stands at number three in the NCAA for caused turnovers per game with an average of 3.77 per game.
