Granville, OH- Wittenberg headed to Granville, OH to take on the Big Red of Denison in a tough conference match-up. The Red & White were able to put one point on the board but fell with a 17-1 score.
Highlights- Wittenberg was able to get on the board in the first quarter with Grace Hehman getting through Big Red defense. Hehman scored the Tigers lone goal of the game with an assist from Jessica Flick. Hehman brings her total on the year to 21 goals while Flick brings her assist total to six.
Splitting time in goal for the Tigers were Sidney Sheridan and Gabrielle Weckerly. The pair saw 33 shots, saving 16 of those. Defensively, Wittenberg picked up 12 ground balls and caused six Big Red turnovers.
