NEW CONCORD, Ohio - After knocking on the door in each of the last three tournaments, the Wittenberg Tigers kicked it in at Muskingum, battling through difficult weather conditions to post a team score of 342 to easily outdistance the other six teams in the field.

Wittenberg finished an astonishing 43 strokes ahead of Capital in the team competition, while freshman Anne Busam (Cincinnati, Ohio/Ursuline) picked up her first individual collegiate title with an 80 on the par-71, 5,786-yard course. She was one of five Tigers to place in the top 10, and she won the first-place trophy by a whopping four strokes.
