Wittenberg Debuts Bowling in Columbus

Columbus OH- Wittenberg's inaugural women's bowling program competed in the Ohio Bowling Conference in their first competition as an official university sanctioned sport. A team comprised of Shannon Csordos, Josselyn Terpenning, Michele Starner, and Hannah Tahsler competed in a field of 114 bowlers with a top place of 19 from Terpenning. As a team Wittenberg had an overall score of 4488 after five games.

Highlights- Two Tigers placed in the top fifty of the tournament with one landing in the top twenty. Terpenning finished 19th overall with a tournament average of 177.2. Josselyn bowled a high of 202 in game five and a total of 886. Tahsler placed 46th for the Tigers with a 161.4 tournament average and 190 high in game one. Tahsler's total at the end of game five was 807.
