Springfield, OH – The Wittenberg Tiger softball team celebrated their two seniors on Saturday afternoon before taking on NCAC foe DePauw University. Ahead of the action, the Wittenberg softball program celebrated the career's of Clara Andersen and Nikki Hawkins for their hard work and dedication put in in a Wittenberg uniform.

Collecting three hits in each game, the Wittenberg offense came alive late taking advantage of some DePauw miscues in the final inning. Hannah Ecker put Wittenberg on the board with a two-RBI double down the line in left, after Wittenberg broke up the DePauw combined no-hitter during their final at-bat. Alexis Christy ripped a shot up the middle, continuing the momentum for the home side, plating two more for the Red and White.
