Delaware, OH- Wittenberg headed to Ohio Wesleyan to compete in the OWU Twilight meet against OWU, Denison, and Wooster. Both the men and women fell in forth-place with the men tallying 26.5 points and the women with 28.
Sydney Khosla took home first place in the women's 1 mile with a time of 5:25.94. Khosla came back in the 400-meter hurdles to claim third with a finish of 1:14.70 to pick up two more points for the Tigers.
In the field events, Hannah Schartz picked up a second-place finish for Wittenberg with a height of 1.58m in the high jump. Wittenberg was able to grab a first-place finish in the triple jump and distance of 10.64m from Stevie Plikerd and a third-place finish in the long jump with a distance of 4.45m from Tiffany Moss. Plikerd returned in the javelin throw with a second-place finish and distance of 31.57m. Wittenberg placed in the top three for the women's shot put with Leah Vogt claiming second-place with a distance of 10.97m.
On the men's side, Matthew Drovdlic and Garrin Bachinski led the Tigers in top finishes. Drovdlic had a third-place finish in the 100-meter race and 200-meter race. Taking second in the 200-meter race was Matt Rogers with a time of 22.77. Grabbing another second-place finish was Garrin Bachinski in the 110-meter hurdles and time of 15.93. Bachinski came back in the 400-meter hurdles with a third-place finish and time of 58.53. Wittenberg's 4x400m team (Sam Callinan, Chance Keller, Caden Zellner, and Josh Finkeldey) had a third-place finish and time of 3:32.63.
In field events, Wittenberg landed a third-place finish in the high jump from Vincent Roper with a height of 1.73m. Wittenberg was also able to grab a first and third-place finish in the javelin throw with Aaron Rutherford taking the top spot at 40.56m and Noah Greenberg in third at 39.58m.
