GAMBIER, Ohio — Originally scheduled to play both Case Western Reserve and Walsh on the latter's home outdoor courts, the Wittenberg men's and women's tennis teams moved indoors and changed locations. Case Western wound up the lone opponent in Kenyon's KAC Center, where both Tiger teams were upended.

The men lost 9-0, while the women were beaten 8-1. Both Case Western teams are ranked in the top 10 in the latest NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region poll, with the Spartan men checking in at No. 17 nationally.

The regular season finale for both Wittenberg teams moved the Tiger men to 16-7 overall and the women to 11-10. Both teams are next scheduled to play in the annual North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, also at Kenyon, April 27-29.

Wittenberg's lone winner on the day was senior Kacia Nolan (Indianapolis, Ind./Speedway), who picked up a pro-set win at No. 6 singles in the women's match.
