Medalist Performance Earns Chaney NCAC Player Of The Week

NCAC — Men's Golf (Oct. 8, 2013)

Wittenberg junior John Chaney (Shaker Heights, Ohio/Gilmour Acad.) won champion medalist honors at the prestigious Gordin Classic at Columbus Country Club to lead the Tigers to the team championship. Competing in the Wittenberg lineup for the first time this season, Chaney topped the 60-player field with 212 strokes (75-71-79). The Tigers won the event with 863 strokes, including a school-record score of 281 in the final round.
