Tiger Track & Field Competes At Tiffin Invite

Tiffin, OH – The Wittenberg Tiger Track and Field program traveled to the Tiffin Invitational for their second meet of the indoor season and final competition of 2022.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

  • Grayson Ring and Justin Norris took the top spots in the high jump competition, clearing the bar at a height of 1.98 meters.
  • Taylor Weiss earned a fourth-place finish in the women's high jump, clearing the bar at 1.52 meters. Weiss would also add a third-place finish in the triple jump portion of the day, posting a jump of 10.44 meters.
  • JJ Weisenberger secured a third-place finish in the men's long jump, with a leap of 6.61 meters.
  • Riley Payne secured a fifth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles, clocking a time of 8.70.
  • Haleigh Willison earned a seventh-place finish in the 60-meter dash, posting a time of 8.07.
  • Zeke Bennett tabbed a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash, crossing the line at 50.48. Bennett would also add a second-place finish in the 200-meter dash, finishing in a time of 22.75.
  • Ian McCandlish earned a top five finish in the 400, taking fifth-place in a time of 52.11.
  • Tymeerah De'Armond clocked a time of 26.61 in the 200-meter dash, earning a third-place finish.
