Women's Soccer Falls In NCAC Bout At DePauw

Greencastle, IN – The Wittenberg women's soccer team traveled to DePauw for a midweek NCAC showdown with the fellow Tigers of the conference. Wittenberg fell in the road contest, in the defensive heavy battle, 1-0.

Wittenberg managed just six shots on the night, placing two on frame. Brooke Mullis and Grace Koperna each forced the DePauw keeper to make a save, in a goal scoring opportunity.

Katie Wisniewski faced eight shots on goal making seven saves. The lone DePauw goal slipped in at the 28th minute.

Wittenberg will close out their season on Saturday, October 29, traveling to Kenyon College for a 1:00 pm showdown with the Owls.
