Granville, OH – The Wittenberg Women's Golf team opened their 2022-23 season from the Lynn Schweizer Invitational hosted by Denison University. The Tigers claimed a 7^th place finish amongst the field of 14, coming in behind 3^rd place Denison. Wittenberg was able to best fellow NCAC schools DePauw (8^th) and the College of Wooster (9^th). Ellen Frame and Hilary Humbaugh paced the Tiger collective with an 18-hole score of 80, finishing T23. The event was cut down to 18-holes due to weather.

• Izzy Selby made her Wittenberg debut with an 84, earning a T44 finish.
• Halley McNair posted an 86 for a T52 finish.

Wittenberg will return to action on September 16-17 at the Heidelberg Fall Invitational from the Mohawk Golf & Country Club from Tiffin, Ohio.
