Bexley, OH- Wittenberg traveled to Bexley, OH to take on the Comets of Capital in their sixth regular season game. After shooting 26.9% from the field and 50% from the line the Tigers were able to put 48 points on the board being led by forward, Kelsey Ragan with 14 points on the night. The Tigers were unable to come back from a four-quarter battle and fell with a score of 63-48.
Wittenberg was able to land 13 points in the first quarter and 10 points in the second to head into halftime with 23 points on the board but trailed the Comets by six. The Red & White were able to stay on the board in the third quarter with 14 points but struggled in the fourth, being outscored 18-11.
The Tigers led the night on rebounds, picking up 45 being led by Jazmyn Gaines-Burns with six.
