Charles Rodeheffer joins the coaching staff after four years as a Tiger. A 2019 graduate, Rodeheffer studied Exercise Science at Wittenberg. As a Cross Country athlete, Rodeheffer was a two-time All-NCAC award recipient and once All-Great Lakes Region.
