ALLENDALE, Mich. — Senior JJ Weisenberger (Collins, Ohio/Western Reserve) and junior Julissa Williams (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain) led the Wittenberg men's and women's indoor track and field teams, respectively, at the Grand Valley State Big Meet on Friday.

The Basics

• Venue: Kelly Family Sports Center - Allendale, Mich.
• The meet was not team scored.
• This meet is separate from Saturday's GVSU Big Meet, as athletes had to hit listed standards to qualify for the Friday portion.

Wittenberg's Top Performers

• Weisenberger finished second in the long jump with a mark of 7.01 meters. Weisenberger's jump is ranked second in the NCAC and 28th in the nation.
• Williams was third overall in the high jump with a height of 1.62 meters.
