Kenyon Invite Provides Tune-Up For All-Ohio Meet

GAMBIER, Ohio — The Wittenberg Tigers on Friday were busy tuning-up for the All-Ohio Invitational Meet at Otterbein on Saturday with a non-scoring meet at Kenyon College. Several track and fielders finished well in a last-chance practice. 

Keelee Ridder (South Vienna, Ohio/Northeastern) finished fifth in the shot put to lead the women, while Robert Kehl (Coshocton, Ohio/Coshocton) grabbed fourth in the same event to spearhead the men's success.

Jumar Guy (Fort Wayne, Ind./Southside) finished eighth in the men's 200-meter dash, and Kylee Barnett (New Albany, Ohio/New Albany) placed 10th in the 55-meter dash. Other notable performances for the women include the fifth place finish of Samantha Grasso (Pataskala, Ohio/Watkins Memorial) in the 1000-meter run and Christine Brinkhoff (Bethel Park, Pa./Bethel Park) taking eighth in the 800-meter run.
