Tigers Find Success on Senior Day

Springfield, OH- Wittenberg was on Edwards-Maurer Field for their senior day against the Quakers of Earlham. Prior to the match-up the Tigers celebrated their class of 2022 which included Regan Mazzulli, Caroline Ford, Meredith Johnson, Caroline Cairns, and Emma Hurguy. As a senior class they hold an overall record of 23-24 record and 10-11 record in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Off the field the Seniors have been a part of a team that has won the NFHCA National Academic Team Award each year.

The Red & White were able to pick up one final win at home on the season after taking down the Quakers with a 2-0 score. Katie Webber and Victoria Pipinich were both able to get on the board in the third quarter unassisted. In goal for Wittenberg was senior, Hurguy with seven saves on the day, adding to her total of 31 on the year with a save percentage of .756.

NCAC Leaders: Katie Webber cracks the top ten for goals in the NCAC at number six with six on the season. Regan Mazzulli sits at number eight in the NCAC for assists with four on the year. Webber also lands in the top ten for points on the year at number eight with 14 points. Lastly for Wittenberg, Caitlin Archdeacon sits at number two for save percentage in the conference with .862 and number four for saves with 50 on the season.
