Wittenberg Field Hockey Wins Third Straight

Springfield, Ohio – The Wittenberg field hockey team picked up their third straight win, defeating the Earlham College Quakers 3-2. Wittenberg got the scoring started just two minutes into the game, as Channa Visseren picked apart the Earlham defense for her eighth goal of the season and third in three games. Senior Audrey Coler assisted Blaine Donnelly on the second Wittenberg goal, giving the Tigers a 2-0 lead going into the intermission. With this win, the Tigers improve to 8-3 on the season and 5-2 in NCAC play.
