Former Tiger standout Steve Less began his coaching career with the Tigers in 2008, and he returned after a two-year hiatus to assist Coach Lewis and handle junior varsity responsbilities in 2010.
A 2006 Wittenberg graduate, Less started all four years on the mound and earned two all-conference awards in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Less played professionally in the Frontier League in 2007 with the Slippery Rock Sliders.
Less resides in Springfield, Ohio.
