Kincaid Koehler is in his first year as the Pitching Coach at Wittenberg University.

In 2016 Koehler held the same position at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus under legendary coach Paul Page. In his one season leading the Panthers pitching staff they achieved two GLIAC Pitcher of the Week awards. Brad Wilson, the recipient of one of those awards, had a solid freshman campaign where he finished seventh in the conference in both Wins and Games Started and sixth in both strikeouts and strikeouts per nine innings.

Prior to Ohio Dominican Koehler spent the 2015 season as an assistant at Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Koehler has also spent the last two summers coaching collegiate summer ball in the Prospect league. In the summer of 2015 he was the pitching coach of Champion City Kings, who also call Springfield and Carleton Davidson Stadium home. That team included two draft picks in pitcher Jonathan Brubaker who was selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 6th round of the 2015 draft and outfielder Ryan Fucci in the 27th round of the 2016 draft by the Seattle Mariners. The summer of 2016 Kincaid was in Danville, Illinois leading the Danville Dans pitching staff where they led the league in strikeouts and shutouts while finishing second in ERA. The Dans pitching staff included two members selected as All-Stars as well as Casey Sullivan who lead the Prospect League in K/9 and was second in ERA. Danville also had shortstop Josh Smith drafted in 38th round by the Detroit Tigers that summer.

Prior to coaching Koehler played at the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, AL under Head Coach Chandler Rose. In his three seasons at Montevallo, including a redshirt year, the Falcons recorded over 30 wins twice and appeared in the Peach Belt Conference championship game in both 2013 and 2014. Koehler made 13 appearances including a win over nationally ranked Francis Marion.   

Before transferring to Montevallo Koehler played two seasons at the United States Air Force Academy where he saw time on the mound both seasons.  He appeared in 28 games over his first two years and saw 11 starts. He led the Falcons in wins as a freshman in the spring 2010. One of the wins came against the number four team in the country at that time, Texas Christian University.  TCU would go on to the college world series and finish as the national runner-up that year as well.

 He graduated from the University of Montevallo with a double major in Business Management and Finance. Kincaid is originally from Vero Beach, Florida and currently resides in Columbus.
