ORLANDO, Fla. - After losing their first of the season to Keystone on Thursday, the Wittenberg Tigers bounced back to beat New Jersey City University by a score of 12-6 on Friday.

Wittenberg starting pitcher Tim Antil (Brookville, Ohio/Northmont) went six and two-thirds innings, allowing only two earned runs and walking one while amassing four strikeouts. Despite Antil's performance, the decision went to freshman southpaw Jim Clement (Chicago, Ill./Whitney), who struck out two in one and one-third innings.

Outfielder Jeremey Fruhwirth (Beavercreek, Ohio/Beavercreek) went 3-for-4 on the day, along with fellow outfielder Patrick Williams (Plainfield, Ind./Plainfield). Fruhwirth earned two RBI and Williams drove in three to lead the team.

Rounding out the offensive attack was Joel Puthoff (Houston, Ohio/Russia), who stole two bases in the game, while seeing limited action from the mound in two-thirds innings, throwing one strikeout.
