CLEVELAND, Ohio - The North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) is celebrating its 40th season by selecting all-decade teams in nearly every championship sport. Click here to read the NCAC 40th Anniversary launch news release

Players from the first 10 years of play were selected to the 10th Anniversary All-Decade team announced in 1993, players who competed from 1993-2002 were named to the 20th Anniversary All-Decade team announced in 2003, and the 30th Anniversary All-Decade team was announced in 2013 and consists of players who competed from 2003-2012. Selections for the 40th Anniversary All-Decade team are student-athletes who played during the 2013-2022 seasons. All current head coaches were asked to vote, as were some former coaches and administrators.

Student-athletes who competed in the NCAC between the 2013-14 and 2022-23 seasons who earned Player of the Year honors or who earned a minimum of three All-NCAC honors during that time were named to the team.

This site will be updated each time a new sport's All-Decade team is announced.
