Perk Robins, a 1952 graduate, was team MVP and All-OAC and All-Ohio three years in basketball and baseball. For three seasons, he was the basketball team's leading scorer and the baseball team's leading hitter. In 1950, he batted .421 and signed a bonus contract with the CIncinnati Reds. He hit .389 in 1951 and .394 in 1952. Robins is Vice President for development and university relations at the University of Georgia, where he led a capital campaign that raised $93 million.
