From Hall of Honor press release dated May 14, 1986:

A 1959 graduate, Terry Deems is Wittenberg's career leading rebounder and top career average scorer. He averaged 20 points a game for four years and captured 1,522 rebounds, also the highest total in Ohio Athletic Conference history. His 1,700 career points in second best ever at Wittenberg, and he is the school's career and single game free throw leader. Deems was twice OAC MVP and three-times made the All-OAC squad. A Dean's List student at Wittenberg, Deems earned a master's degree at the University of Akron and played for the Akron Goodyear Wingfoots AAU basketball team. Deems in now manager of compensation, benefits, and personnel policy at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Akron.
