Tigers Fall To Dominican (IL) on the Road

Dominican, IL – The Wittenberg Tiger Men's Volleyball team fell on the road to the road, 3-0 (25-20, 25-22, 26-24) to the Starts from Dominican Illinois.

The Tigers tallied a .149 hitting-percentage on the evening, putting down 32 kills on 94 total swings. Tom Supan led the Tiger attack with nine kills on 19 attacks with four errors, logging a .263 hitting-percentage. Michael Yurk and Eli Halverson each added six kills apiece for the Tiger offense. Halverson posted a .267 hitting-percentage on 15 attacks with two errors. Halverson added two service aces with four digs. Dominic Melchiorre tallied five kills on 10 attempts for a .200 hitting-percentage. Andrew Diaz de Padilla facilitated the Tiger offense with 26 of 30 assists on the evening, including eight digs.
