Bio

Why Wittenberg?

I wanted to pursue my passion for Marine Science and liked the opportunities that were offered with the partnership between Witt and the Duke University Marine Lab. I loved the team chemistry and how everyone enjoyed running. I liked the small campus feel and how everything was within easy walking distance.

2019

Recorded her season-best 6k at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble, with a time of 23:43.4. 

2018

Recorded her season-best 6k during the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, hosted by Franklin College, with a time of 24:10.1. Named "Rookie of the Year" for the team, and nominated for Female Academic Athelte of the Year.

High School

Ran cross country for the Trojans under coach Maggie Wolgamot, paving way to conference runner-up in 2017, a season that ended with being 16th in the state of Indiana... Regional and Semi-State team qualifiers all four years of high school... The varsity letter winner was recognized with the Most Consistent and Mental Attitude awards in 2015, and Most Improved in 2017... The 2017 team captain was named to the All-Sectional team.

Ran track under coach Bryan Nallenweg, receiving varsity letters in 2015 and 2018... Recognized with the Sportsmanship award in 2018

Recognized as a scholar-athlete all 12 seasons, from 2014 to 2018 and with the Academic Scholar award all four years... Also a member of National Honor Society and orchestras.
