From Hall of Honor press release dated May 27, 1987:

Jimmy Price, a 1929 Wittenberg graduate, was a starting quarterback for three years under Coach Ernie Godfrey. He played 60 minutes at quarterback in every game during his three seasons. Price won All-Buckeye Conference honors in 1928, his senior season. He was a first-team All-Ohio Selection and played quarterback against Ohio State. Price played baseball at Wittenberg and was a member of Blue Key and Skull and Chain.

Price earned his master's degree from Ohio State. He taught and coached fooball at Washington Court House for on year, Barberton High School for six years and Cleveland Heights for 35 years. He coached winning teams at all schools.
