Wooster, OH – The Wittenberg Tiger Men's Basketball team fell on the road, in the 126th meeting, with the Fighting Scots from the College of Wooster, 68-60. The two sides kept it close through the first 20-minutes of action, with the Scots holding a narrow, 31-30 advantage at the half. Wittenberg would out-shoot the Scots through the opening stanza, knocking down 44 percent from the floor to Wooster's 37.
Trey Killens continues to fuel the Wittenberg offense, scoring a team-high 18 points. Killens converted on 6 of 17 from the floor, grabbing a team-high nine rebounds and coming up with two steals.
Brice Hill added 15 points for the Wittenberg scoring effort. Hill knocked down 3 of 4 three-point attempts, finishing the night 4 of 8 from the floor and a 4 of 4 from the foul line.
Jeff Queen tallied 11 points for the Tigers, his first double-figure scoring night since Jan. 11, against Kenyon (16). Queen added four rebounds with two assists, finishing the night 4 of 9 from the floor and a perfect 2 of 2 from deep.
