The Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholars were announced this week. Junior Devon Atchison represents Wittenberg as a 2018 WGCA All-American Scholar-Athlete.

Jane Hopkinson-Wood closed out a four-year career for the ages on Friday afternoon with a third place finish at the 2018 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship.

Jane Hopkinson-Wood became Wittenberg’s first four-time first-team All-American after landing on the 2017-18 WGCA First-Team on Wednesday.

Competing as an individual at the 2018 NCAA Division III Championship, Jane Hopkinson-Wood fired a 75 (+2) in the first round of competition on Tuesday.

Wittenberg women’s golf took second place at the 2018 NCAC Championships after firing a 54 hole score of 982 as a team.

Wittenberg senior Jane Hopkinson-Wood cracked the top- five in the individual standings at the primarily Div. II University of Illinois-Spring eld Spring Invite last weekend

Wittenberg held their own over the weekend amongst NCAA Division II competition at the University of Illinois-Springfield

Wittenberg women’s golf finished in third place at the 2018 Ashland Invitational over the weekend, as the tournament was cut to one round due to Sunday’s inclement weather.

Hopkinson-Wood tied a program record with an opening round 68 on Saturday, and then turned around and fired a one-over 73 on Sunday to secure another medalist honor, this time by ten strokes.

Wittenberg won by 32 strokes at the Laura Bump Invitational on Sunday, as the Tigers carded a 627 (+51) as a team. Wittenberg dominated the tournament, as the closest NCAC institution to Wittenberg was third place Wooster, who finished 49 strokes off the Tiger’s lead.

Hopkinson-Wood paced the Tigers to a third place finish at the Rhodes Invitational over the weekend.

Wittenberg took third place at the Lee & Joe Duncan Invitational. Jane Hopkinson-Wood (2nd) and Madi Wolters (6th) earned All-Tournament Team honors.

Hopkinson-Wood, the number one player in all of Division III, earned this week's conference honor.
