Hanneman is one of the finest track and field student-athletes in Wittenberg history, winner of two OAC outdoor hurdles titles and owner of four All-OAC awards (one indoor and three outdoor), given to top-three finishers in individual events. A four-year letterwinner in track and field, Hanneman earned team MVP honors in 1970 after serving as a team captain during his senior season. During his career, Hanneman lost just two regular season high hurdles races, and he was a member of a school-record 440-yard relay. A native of Brecksville, Ohio, Hanneman currently resides in El Dorado Hills, Calif.
