Although Wittenberg lost three of its four matches in Orlando, Florida, last week, sophomore Carli Milano was a force in the top singles flight as she combined to post a 3-1 record on the week, highlighted by a 5-7, 7-6 (7-5), 1-0 (10-8) come-from-behind win over Cedarville’s Lauren Jackson on March 6th.
Wittenberg was led by Carli Milano who helped guide her partner Sarah Frisch to a key-win in the number one doubles position, 8-3, as well as a 6-0, 6-0 victory out of number one singles.
Wittenberg athletics announced today that Nick Rohner has officially resigned from his three-year post as Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis coach, effective January 31.
