Heading into the North Coast Athletic Conference championship meet Feb.14-16 at C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton, Ohio, the Tiger men were 6-4 and the women were 4-5-1 against a very challenging 2001-02 dual meet schedule.

    It was a fine debut for the Tigers and new coach Leslie Ramsey. In the season-opening NCAC Relays, an event that involves a variety of relay competitions and the opportunity to get every swimmer into the pool, Wittenberg finished fourth in both the men's and women's competitions.
