Indoor

Season best in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:37.01 seconds at Ohio Northern's Joe Banks Invitational. Appeared in the mile, 3,000 meter run, and the distance medley relay.

Outdoor

Season best in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:24.86 at the Muskie Invite. Season best 10,000 meter run at the NCAC Championships with a time of 33:38.40. Also appeared in the 1,500 meter run.

2016

Indoor

Season best in 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:52.33 at the NCAC Championships... Season best in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:17.57 at the NCAC Championships

Outdoor

Season best performance in the 10,000 meter run at the All-Ohio meet with a time of 33:31.94... Season best finish in the 5,000 meter run at the NCAC Championships with a time of 15:56.46... Season best 1,500 meter run finish with a time of 4:20.85 at Wilmington's Night Moves Invitational.

Outdoor. Season best in the 5000m (16:07. 67) at the NCAC Championship and the 10,000m (33: 52. 60) at the Division III All-Ohio Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

2014

Best times in the 5000m (15:47. 39) at the Kenyon Spring Invitational and the 10,000m (33: 02. 40) at the NCAC Championship.

High School

Jon participated in track and field for the Trojans under Coach Robert Campbell and Deon Metz....Accomplishments include First-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-Conference...Also involved with Honors Society.
