CAMP EVENTS: Shot-Put | Discus | Hurdles | Sprints | High Jump | Long Jump | 100-200-400 

Sprints and Speed Development: Learn blocks and sprint mechanics to increase speed and sprinting efficiency.

• Josh Lynch: Wittenberg University Assistant (Jumps)
• Alexia Page-Boyd: Wittenberg University Assistant (Throws)
• Every event will have excellent instructors with many National Champions and All-Americans. 

Things to bring:

• Water bottle
• Running shoes  
• Sprints/Jumps: Bring spikes 
• Throwers: bring implements and throws shoes
