Sarah Morris joined the Wittenberg Women’s Soccer program in the fall of 2017 as an assistant coach. 

In her two seasons as Assistant Coach, Morris has helped guide the team to an overall record of 15-16-7 and an NCAC-record of 8-5-3.

Morris was a four-year letter winner as a forward at the University of Virginia. In a successful career, Morris collected ACC All-Freshman Team honors in 2004, during the same season she would help the Cavaliers clinch their first ACC Championship in a penalty kick shootout over North Carolina. 

In addition to a successful collegiate career, Morris spent time playing semi-professionally with the Richmond Destiny. Morris brings up to 10 years of coaching experience to the Wittenberg staff, along with a US Soccer class “C” coaching license from her experience with various clubs in the area. 

As a Dayton native from Fairborn High School. Morris earned her degree in English Language and Literature. She currently lives in the area with her husband Christopher.
