In terms of player development, Wahle has coached 8 All-NCAC team selections at Wittenberg: (1st Team - Chad Roy, Connor Seipel) (2nd Team: Mitchell Balser(2), Jaelin Williams, Shane Edwards) (Honorable Mention - Jake Bertemes, Cody Phillippi). The NCAC introduced a Defensive POY award in the 2016-17 season and a Wittenberg player has won it all three years it has been awarded (Mitch Balser 2019, Chad Roy 2018, Shane Edwards 2017). In addition to the all-conference selections, in 2017-18 Wahle helped in the development of Chad Roy who was named to the 2017-18 NABC 1st Team All-Great Lakes Region and the D3hoops.com All-American Team.
