Springfield, OH- The Tigers faced off against Allegheny in a conference match-up on Edwards-Maurer Field. The Tigers came out ready and were able to score 32 seconds into the game with a goal from Jensen Bury. Alex Reed was able to add to the momentum in the second quarter unassisted followed by Allison Ormsby, also unassisted at 24:25.
The Tigers continued the streak after the half with a goal from Megan Niswonger and an assist from Kayla Cull.
The Tiger defense was able to keep Allegheny stuck with no shots the entire first half and into the fourth quarter and only two penalty corners.
Kayla Cull continued to help out the Tigers with a goal at 35:25 unassisted. Moments later Megan Niswonger was able to do it again and get her second goal of the game at 43:08.
