Kevin Deitz comes to Wittenberg University (2022-23) as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for men’s soccer, field hockey, softball, and cross country, as well as assisting with football.

Prior to arriving at Wittenberg, Deitz was an Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Maryland under the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Department (2022) where he assisted with the implementation of programs for men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, wrestling, gymnastics, baseball, and field hockey.

Deitz attended Ohio University for graduate schooling (2021-22) where he studied exercise physiology. While he was there, Deitz was a graduate intern with the Strength and Conditioning Department where he assisted with men’s and women’s basketball, and softball.

Before Ohio University, Deitz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC (2021).

Deitz is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA.
