New London, Connecticut – The Wittenberg University Women's Water Polo team closed out its inaugural varsity season on Sunday morning with an 11-9 setback against Grove City College (PA) in the fifth-place game of the 2019 Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Championships inside the Jane Cadwell Lott '36 Natatorium on the campus of Connecticut College.
