Tigers Take Top Spot In NCAC Preseason Poll

The Tigers step back on the court lead by Head Coach Evelyn Carus-Miller and senior middle hitter Katie Hiestand who earned a total of 66 kills and 74 digs in their short season of seven matches in spring of 2021. In 2019, Hiestand earned North Coast Athletic Conference First team honors, joining the Tiger top 10 with 22 kills on the road against John Carroll. With senior Sidney Reeder pulling in an additional 61 kills and sophomore Nicole Belanger collecting 104 digs, Carus-Miller looks to continue their 5-game win streak from spring of 2021. Senior Ashely Brooks also comes to the court with a 2019 All-NCAC honorable mention holding 591 assists averaging 6.42 per set.

The Tigers were able to play a shortened season in spring 2021 posting a record of 5-2. The ladies look to start their season at home on Wednesday, September 1, against the Otterbein Cardinals at 7:00 PM.
