From The Bench: "We are pleased with how our team fought back after our loss to a very veteran Transylvania team. Their discipline block created many challenges for us and their quick offense made it difficult to adjust. Today, our team came out and played Wittenberg volleyball against Illinois Wesleyan and Ohio Northern. We fought hard with a lot of energy and grew in many aspects. We are excited for another test this upcoming weekend at our MIAA/NCAC Crossover in Lansing, Mich.," said Head Coach Evelyn Carus.

UP NEXT: Wittenberg will be tested once again with another tough road contest, as the Red and White travel to Lansing, Mich. to take on No. 2 Calvin in the MIAA/NCAC Crossover on Friday, Sept. 6 at 7:00 PM. This matchup is a rematch of the 2018 NCAA Division III Regional Final. The Tigers will return to action again on Saturday, Sept. 7, taking on Hope 12:00 PM and Albion at 4:00 PM.
