Wile, Webber, Peters & Heald Earn OCSA All-Ohio Honors

Springfield, OH – A quartet of Wittenberg women's soccer players were named to the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association All-Ohio Team, as announced by the awards committee. Senior Emily Wile and junior's Brooke Peters and Cassidy Webber collect the All-Ohio designation for the second time in their careers. Newcomer Hannah Heald earned her place on the All-Ohio Third Team for the Tigers. This is the second post-season honor for these four Tigers, with each being named to the All-NCAC team.

Closing out her career, Wile collects the OCSA Academic All-Ohio First Team award, accumulating a 3.71 GPA en rout to her Economic and Entrepreneurship double-major. Wile appeared in 50 games for the Red and White with 48 starts during her career. The Dublin, Ohio native slotted seven goals, with five coming during her sophomore campaign, finishing with 14 points. During her time in a Wittenberg uniform, Wile has been two-time First-Team All-NCAC honoree for the Tigers.

After earning 2019 NCAC Newcomer of the Year, Webber earns her second OCSA All-Ohio designation. Webber earned First Team All-NCAC from the backline of the Tiger defense, following up a 2019 All-NCAC Honorable Mention season. Since joining the Tiger squad, Peters has been an offensive weapon for the Red and White. Working her way up from Second Team All-NCAC in 2019 to First Team in 2021, Peters earned Third Team All-Ohio for the second time in her career. Peters tallied two goals and two assists on the season, including the game-winner on the road at Allegheny, earning Wittenberg the fourth seed into the NCAC Tournament.

Heald made her debut in a Wittenberg jersey, logging a stunning six goals and five assists in her first season. The Westerville, Ohio native earned First Team All-NCAC as the only freshman to receive the designation.

Head Coach Katie Robinson now has 13 OCSA All-Ohio honorees, since taking over the Tiger women's soccer program in 2017.
